The time is such an evanescent thing that you miss it by a blink of eye. Time is such a con that it robs you of your life without slightest of hint. As time doesn't discriminate against its victims,it goes to say I am no different .
I have spent 25 years of my life, with no particular purpose. Here i am not saying living without a purpose is a crime because it makes the World "A place of criminals".What i mean is having a purpose in life leads us to a more enlightened path where we don't feel the burden of completing the journey rather we would want the journey to be a bit lengthier.
I am no saint to give sermons on life as even i have not discovered the purpose in my life till now neither does it mean that i am writing this to inspire someone , i felt like jotting down my heart to lighten it from the burden of last 25 years. If people find inspiration in this then i will be happy to know my writing is a 2-sided saw.
Here i admit that i strayed on lot many things in my life.. a bit of this and a bit of that ... but never been able to fixate on one. Reason may be that i start to see things as obsolete very soon or may be that i discard old things when i find more attractive alternate to stray on. Both are dangerous cases of restlessness. What is needed the most is E.N.D.U.R.E.N.C.E

ReplyDeleteDear Patil,
ReplyDeleteFirst of all many congratulations for the fact that you started blogging. But as you have mentioned in the blog, starting something is easy, maintaining it is difficult. So, I wish you keep up the good work!!!
Coming to the blog, a very pertinent point raised by you which all of us feel at some point of time but by the time we realise, it's often too late...
A few suggestions from my side, though I hate to be a critic so please take this not as a criticism but a small suggestion:
The article is too short. It's like forced abortion. You made a good effort in the beginning but left it mid- way. If I have to give an example, then it is like the SWOT analysis, where you have touched on Strength & Weakness but did not mention anything about Opportunities and Threat. It would be good if you can provide some personal experiences where you started things but left them mid- way. Also mention how and what you lost due to that. It will add some personal touch to the article and the readers can relate a bit better...
